Mr. John Tolar owns Lake Orange, Inc. and serves as its President. Mr. Tolar's family donated much of the land used to create Lake Orange in 1967. In March of 2026, Dr. Gregory Lucier (Ph.D. in Civil Engineering) joined the LOI Board of Directors and took on the role of Interim CEO to help guide LOI into the future.
