Lake Orange, Inc.

Mr. John Tolar owns Lake Orange, Inc. and serves as the company President and Chairman of the Board.  Mr. Tolar's family donated much of the land used to create Lake Orange in 1967.  In March of 2026, Dr. Gregory Lucier (Ph.D. in Civil Engineering) joined the LOI Boad of Directors and took on the role of Interim CEO, an uncompensated position.
